Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, management, and third-party vendors.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address and resolve project issues and roadblocks.
Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies.
Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.)
