Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Analyst (QA)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and organizational standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts (manual and automated).
• Conduct end-to-end

  functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing

  .
• Collaborate closely with

  Product Owners and Scrum Masters

  to refine user stories, define

  acceptance criteria

  , and ensure testability.
• Participate actively in

  Scrum ceremonies

  : backlog refinement, sprint planning (including

  test estimation

  ), daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define and enforce

  quality metrics

  (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, flakiness rate) and Agile metrics awareness (e.g.,

  velocity, burndown

  ).
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend preventive actions; drive

  Definition of Done

  and

  Definition of Ready

  from a QA perspective.
• Own and evolve test automation frameworks; integrate automated suites into

  CI/CD pipelines

  for fast feedback.
• Champion

  shift-left testing

  and exploratory testing; ensure early defect detection in the SDLC.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing technical expertise and leadership.
• Prepare and present QA reports, highlighting risks, progress, and quality indicators to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate new tools, processes, and trends in QA/Agile to enhance organizational testing capability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (

  Master’s preferred

  ).

• 10+ years

  of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong expertise in manual and automation testing tools (e.g.,

  Selenium/WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Postman/Newman, REST Assured, JMeter/Gatling

  , Cypress/Playwright is a plus).
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  ,

  API testing

  , and familiarity with

  CI/CD

  (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• In-depth knowledge of

  SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps

  practices.

• Proven experience working in Scrum teams

  , including story refinement, acceptance criteria definition, test estimation, and participation in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Hands-on with

  Agile tooling

  (e.g.,

  Jira

  /Azure DevOps Boards) for story/defect lifecycle management and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills; strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
