Key Responsibilities:

• ETQ Reliance Implementation & Support:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of

  ETQ Reliance

  systems, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETQ Reliance modules, ensuring smooth operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

• Customization & Integration:

• Customize

  ETQ Reliance

  and

  Enovia

  platforms to meet specific client needs, including configuration, integration, and testing.
• Develop and maintain integration with external systems using APIs and other technologies.
• Work on

  MQL Matrix

  to streamline processes, and optimize workflows.

• Ennovia & Enovia Architecture:

• Design and implement scalable and robust

  Enovia

  architecture solutions to support business operations.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for the successful delivery of

  Enovia

  customizations.
• Work on MQL Matrix for process automation and efficiency.

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

• Provide expert troubleshooting support for any issues with

  ETQ Reliance

  ,

  Enovia

  , and

  MQL Matrix

• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, errors, and process bottlenecks.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain thorough documentation of implementation, customizations, and system configurations.
• Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with

  ETQ Reliance

  implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Proven expertise in

  Ennovia

  &

  Enovia Architecture

  design and implementation.
• Experience with

  MQL Matrix

  for process automation and system optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience in integration of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management, and version control tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
