Role Summary

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive strategic initiatives. With a focus on automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative technology solutions, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and support the organization’s growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tech-Driven Strategy:

  Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute technology-focused strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Utilize automation and AI to propose and integrate advanced solutions.

• Innovative Problem-Solving:

  Address complex challenges with creative, technology-based solutions. Use your technical skills to develop novel approaches that meet organizational needs and seize emerging opportunities.

• Project Execution:

  Partner with cross-functional teams to lead and manage strategic technology projects. Ensure timely delivery and effective implementation of automation and AI solutions.

Software Development :

• 1. Python or Node.js.
• 2. Frameworks - Express, Django/FastAPI/Flask.
• 3. Experience with Microservices architecture and a solid understanding of Design Principles.

Front-End Mobile Development:

• 1. React.js and Redux state management
• 2. Flutter + Dart or React Native with native SDK
• 3. React Native with Redux state management.

Data-Driven Insights:

• 1. Working with RDBMS (MSSQL/MySQL/Postgres/MariaDB)
• 2. NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB/CouchDB)
• 3. Caching technologies (Redis/Memcache).
• 4. Familiarity with vector databases (Milvus/Mongo/PG/Chroma/Weaviate) or similar is a plus.

Academic Qualification and Competency:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field from Tier A colleges.

• Experience Level:

  1-3 years of experience in technology-focused roles involving automation, AI, or similar areas. Experience in strategic planning or project management is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Proficiency in relevant technology tools and platforms, with a focus on automation and AI applications in business settings.

• Creative Insight:

  Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions using technology. Experience with ideation and brainstorming processes is beneficial.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Team Collaboration:

  Effective in working collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve common goals.
