Position Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing scalable software solutions, has a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, and thrives in a collaborative environment.You will be joining the CSI team, which is responsible for enabling data capture and delivery for Analytics Data through ADP SDKs available on desktop, web, mobile, and service platforms. This allows products to transmit behavioural data to the Autodesk Data Platform (ADP). The team also develops backend services and web applications that support these processes, aiming to provide an effective platform for gathering user activity and distributing actionable messages to customers.
Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Micro Frontends (MFE) for modular and scalable web applications.
Microservices & Cloud Technologies
- Assist in developing and maintaining microservices-based applications.
- Deploy and manage applications within an AWS environment.
- Gain hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment.
Production Support
- Participate in production support activities, including monitoring applications and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high availability and performance of live systems.
- Help implement improvements to enhance system resilience and minimize downtime.
Collaboration & Agile Practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development processes to deliver high-quality software.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and basic exposure to Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures.
- Proficiency in AWS services and cloud deployment practices.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration, preferably with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with production support and troubleshooting live systems.
- Exposure to Python is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
