Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in software development roles
• Proficient in Windows desktop application development using C++, Win32, MFC, and C#
• Strong understanding of multithreading and inter-process communication (IPC)
• Experience working with COM components
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and SonarQube
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and experience writing automated unit tests
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Proficient in managing the full software development lifecycle
• Experience working with complex, large-scale systems

Nice to Have

• Experience building Windows applications using .NET framework with C++, Win32, MFC, and C#
• Understanding of retail environments and daily operational workflows
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, maintainable software that meets functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and implement innovative features to enhance the customer experience in retail solutions
• Diagnose, isolate, and resolve software issues and system failures
• Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Conduct unit testing, track issues, and implement changes to align with test plans and requirements
• Analyze and improve software mechanisms for better performance, stability, and reusability
• Participate in and lead design and code review sessions
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with solution management and cross-functional teams across the organization
