About the Role

Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using
Java / Spring Boot
.
Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Implement best practices in coding, security, and deployment.
Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
Integrate with AWS services and ensure cloud-based application stability and security.

Required Skills

Strong experience (5–11 years)
in
Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices
.
Good understanding of
AWS services
(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) – Good to have.
Experience with
SQL / NoSQL databases
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Hands-on with
Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker
.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Budget / Compensation

5–8 Years Experience:
Up to 21 LPA
8+ Years Experience:
Up to 30 LPA
