Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and ITSM processes, along with daily client interaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Client Scripts and Server Scripts.

Configure and manage ACLs (Access Control Lists).

Work on Transform Maps for data imports and data migration.

Implement and support integrations (CMDB, REST APIs, KPI, Integration Hub, ETL).

Build and manage reports (and dashboards if required).

Configure and maintain SLAs.

Interact with clients on a daily basis for requirement gathering and support.

Work within ITSM process frameworks to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.

Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Hands-on with reports, SLAs, and Transform Maps.

Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) preferred.
