Position: Software Engineer, Development

Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic ERPXA product development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software that drives business outcomes for our customers. You will work with modern technology stacks and have a direct impact on products used globally across diverse industries.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties):

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, QA, and UX — to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Continuously improve existing systems and processes through innovative thinking.
Engage in agile software development practices (Scrum/Kanban).

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or related field preferred.
Hands-on experience on RPG, SQLRPGLE, CLLE, Free format RPG, DB2 for IBMi and SQL.
Good to have experience in Synon
Good to have experience in Java, Java Script, HTML, XML, JSON
Good to have experience on SOAP and Restful APIs. Understanding on Http request
Good to have experience on Integration technologies & methodologies. Experience with Infor ION is a huge plus.
Proven experience in software development methodologies, release management, and functional testing
Good communication and Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in development and maintenance of ERP Systems
Experience with ERP XA and/or IDF.
Good communication skills
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task; Self-learning in acquiring technical skills.
