Software Engineer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving and Design:
• Propose and implement scalable, efficient solutions tailored to real-world use cases
• Software Development:
• Develop both front-end and back-end components (full stack) for generative AI applications.
• Debug and resolve systemic issues in a timely manner.
• Generative AI Development:
• Integrate pre-trained models, including large language models (LLMs).
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Leverage generative AI frameworks and technologies
• CI/CD and DevOps Practices:
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of AI-driven applications.
• Implement DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Operational Excellence:
• Maintain high standards of performance, security, and scalability in design and implementation.
• Document technical workflows and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, ML engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  

Attributes:

• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  

Cloud / Infrastructure:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernates) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
