Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in React JS Spring Boot and Java to develop innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our software products. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using React JS Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test new features ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues providing timely solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of technical documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy for future reference and training purposes. Engage in agile development processes attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align with project goals and timelines. Utilize version control systems to manage code changes effectively ensuring consistency and traceability across development cycles. Implement automated testing frameworks to validate software functionality reducing manual testing efforts and improving efficiency. Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance user experience. Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies applying new knowledge to improve software development practices. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations safeguarding sensitive information throughout development. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of React JS Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in developing scalable applications. Demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies with a track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions. Show expertise in version control systems such as Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members efficiently. Have experience in automated testing frameworks enhancing software quality and reducing manual testing efforts. Display strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
