ServiceNow Administrator

🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Configuration & Customization

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

2️⃣ System Administration

Handle user management, access control, and data maintenance.
Monitor platform performance and resolve system issues proactively.

3️⃣ Integration Management

Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications.
Work with development teams for seamless data flow across systems.

4️⃣ ITOM Configuration & Development

Manage development, testing, implementation of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Design technical solutions across ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.

5️⃣ Upgrades & Patch Management

Coordinate with technical teams to plan and execute platform upgrades.
Manage patching cycles and ensure version compliance.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Strong knowledge of
ITOM

ITSM
and
ITIL
frameworks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
