Functional Responsibility: Senior Software Lead
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 8 – 12 Years
Educational Qualification

BE in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with relevant experience in PLC and SCADA Software.
Functional Responsibility / Skillset:
-
The job role requires understanding customer inputs, process logic/screens requirement, development of the same. Preparation of software documentation plan. Frequent client and site visit to ensure timely approvals.

In depth Knowledge and programming skills of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), Safety systems, Fire & Gas systems, should be aware of relevant industry standards and practices that apply to control system design.

Detailed Knowledge of networking devices & components like ethernet switches, Fiber optic switches, firewalls etc. Should understand the various industrial communication protocols like Modbus, OPC, Profibus, HART, FF etc.

Ability to analyse customer inputs for development such as Signal list, P&IDs, plant schematics, Cause & Effect, Control Philosophy.

Detailed Knowledge of IT Hardware Components such as Servers sizing, System Architecture. Preparation of Enquiry document and technical evaluation

Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives - Should design, implement, and test a wide range of I/O (HART, Modbus, FF, Profibus etc.), basic control functions, interlocks, sequences, operator interface and other control components on PLC and SCADA.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Attitude to work effectively as an individual & in team environment and shall be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Documenting the project control and safety functions, presenting them to the customer and get approval. - Preparing simulations, test scenarios, test documentation, and participates in customer Factory Acceptance Tests.

Ability to troubleshoot the control and communication problems between different systems during FAT and at site.

Site Commissioning for successful execution of software and handover to Services team. Willing to travel for site commissioning activities
Domain Experience:
-
Experience on Ecostruxure Products Like Control Expert, Aveva Plant SCADA, GEO SCADA, Power SCADA will be preferred.

Application Development for BMS, Cement and Oil&Gas
-
MIS Report Generation and Dashboarding
-
Knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL or Oracel is Preferred

Integration of Different Platforms
