We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer Test Lead (SDET Lead) to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about software quality, testing automation, and ensuring seamless user experiences across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for software development projects.
Design, develop, and implement robust test strategies and automation frameworks.
Collaborate closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure all software deliverables meet functional and performance standards.
Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and quality processes.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1+ year experience in an IT support function.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with global customers and service providers.
Willingness to work in shifts as per business needs.
Ability to resolve issues within SLA and manage daily tickets and service requests.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Core Skills & Technical Expertise

Ticket and email processing support; managing centralized mailboxes.
Coordination with internal teams and query group assignments.
VPN L1 Support (Access Management).
Video Conferencing Support, Desktop/Application L1 Support (Outlook, PDF, Browser troubleshooting, Internet, etc.).
Wintel L1 Support: Domain ID creation, access management.
DBA & Unix L1 Support: ID creation, password reset.
Network L1 Support: Basic troubleshooting and MAC binding.
Web application support, mailbox and shared drive management, basic Excel knowledge.
Awareness of Active Directory and access management principles.
