Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Lead located in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, including providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, managing desk hardware and software, coordinating system setups, and ensuring efficient resolution of user queries. The role involves mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with company IT standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with Desktop Computers and experience in Desk Top Support
• Comprehensive knowledge of Technical Support and Troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with Printer Support and managing related hardware and software issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and end-users
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Relevant certifications in IT support or systems management are beneficial
