Exp - 4+ Yrs in Desktop Support Lead

Budget - Upto 7 LPA

Immediate Joiner

The Desktop Support L2 Lead will be responsible for managing and resolving escalated technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and leading a team of support engineers. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the L2 Desktop Support team, ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated incidents and service requests related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, OS (Windows/Mac), and application issues.
Manage Active Directory tasks (user accounts, groups, permissions) and Microsoft 365 administration.
Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues and hardware replacements.
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Implement and enforce IT security policies and compliance standards.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and conduct regular reviews.

Participate in IT projects, migrations, and upgrades as required.
