Software Developer Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with full-stack expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, and React JS, combined with strong team leadership and client management skills. You will architect scalable solutions, lead development teams, and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Django and FastAPI with Python
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using React JS
• Integrate Razorpay payment gateway and manage payment workflows
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy using Docker and Kubernetes
• Set up monitoring, logging, and automated testing frameworks
• Lead and mentor junior developers; establish coding standards
• Manage client requirements and expectation; provide technical guidance
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and deliver projects on time
• Handle database optimization using PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Ensure security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption, API protection)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical:

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong Python with Django, FastAPI, and REST API expertise
• React JS with state management and responsive design
• Database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimization
• Deployment expertise (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
• Payment gateway integration (Razorpay experience required)
• Security knowledge (OAuth, JWT, encryption, API security)
• Monitoring & Logging (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Additional knowledge in Flutter & React Native (beneficial)

Leadership & Communication:

• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Project management experience with Agile/Scrum
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Microservices and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Open-source contributions or technical blogging

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹275,376.22 - ₹1,239,518.71 per year
