Software Developer Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate developer who can lead development and maintenance of an in-house software suite to manage large scale document digitization project. Broad technical space:

- Document Image Processing

- Record Management with RDBMS/NoSQL/Document Database

- Source Code Repository Management including CI/CD

- Development & Maintenance of Custom Tools and Utilities

Functional Competencies:

- Lead a team of 6-8 developers working across multiple business verticals

- Extend and revise existing technical on boarding processes of new team members.

- Grooming budding developers

- Coordination between Operations and Development

Technical Competencies (Must Have):

- Desktop Software Development with C# and Winforms

- MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL or any other RDBMS

- Design and Architect S/W solutions around base product

- Modernization of legacy systems

- Data Migration

- Strong knowledge on technical standards and protocols (Unicode, XML/JSON, HTTP, CSS, and Web Standards API Development etc.), Software Engineering (Requirements, SW Development Models like Agile etc) and business processes (Submit-Verify/Approval, Statutory Record Management, Audit Trail etc.)
