Roles: Defining project goals, creating a detailed project plan, and establishing timelines for scanning and data processing activities. Implementing quality checks to ensure accuracy of scanned images, including data validation, indexing, and error correction procedures. Managing a team of scanning operators, Supervisors, data entry specialists, and quality control personnel. Maintain the track of daily basis production report from site and coordinate with the site supervisor. Evaluating and selecting appropriate scanning hardware and software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems, and managing the implementation process. Understanding and coordinating clients needs/ enhancements and consulting with team to provide solutions in adherence to the scope of work. Skills: Must have experience in project cost estimation, work plan Must have knowledge for planning and project management skills. Proven work experience as a project manager in the IT/ ITES industry preferably in government project handling. Having knowledge of document management system (DMS) and digitization services. Certified professional course on project management from a recognized institute will be preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. End to End design processes for various digital products, Ensuring alignment with User centered design principles. 2. To create wireframes prototypes and detailed designs using Figma and Adobe XD/ Adobe illustrator. 3. Design and implement user interfaces for web and applications. Focusing on improving user interaction and usability. 4. To create visual mockups using Figma to illustrate design concepts. 5. Collaborate with developers to ensure Pixel Perfect implementation of UI designs. 6. Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design strategies and meet user needs. Skills: 1.
