Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modules of the HR Tool (attendance, payroll, leave management, performance tracking, employee data, etc.).
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, product managers, and QA testers.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
• Optimize the platform for speed, stability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements for a smoother user experience.
• Maintain proper documentation for new and existing modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages:

• Java / Python / Node.js / PHP / .NET (choose based on your tech stack)

• Experience with front-end technologies like

  React / Angular / Vue

• Understanding of databases:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Knowledge of API development (RESTful APIs).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Git, version control, and deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building SaaS or HRMS-related applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (

• Familiarity with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
• Basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
