Job Summary


Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities


  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with the development & QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Support UAT by preparing test cases, validating output, and collecting feedback.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
