Job Description

Job Summary

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.
Work closely with the development & QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Support UAT by preparing test cases, validating output, and collecting feedback.
Analyze data to derive insights and support decision-making.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time with proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools (preferred).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
