We’re expanding our digital capabilities and looking for a skilled Software Developer to help us build and enhance our internal applications and web platforms. Role Overview We are seeking a talented Software Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing responsive web applications, internal software tools, and websites that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. Candidates with a proven ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into business processes will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar). Build and optimize dynamic websites that deliver smooth user experiences and high performance. Develop internal software solutions (CRM, lead management, or analytics tools) tailored to organizational needs. Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance internal workflows and customer engagement systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and management) to translate business requirements into functional software. Troubleshoot, test, and deploy applications with a focus on scalability and security. Stay updated on the latest web technologies and AI advancements to bring innovative ideas to the table. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in software or web application development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js, Next.js, or Express.js). Experience in frontend and backend development (full-stack preferred). Familiarity with REST APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and version control (Git). Hands-on experience or knowledge in AI integration (OpenAI APIs, automation tools, or machine learning models). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or Azure). Experience in UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
