About the Role:

Communication and Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training modules on:
• Verbal and written communication
• Presentation skills
• Business communication etiquette
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and other key soft skills
• Conduct needs assessments and customize training based on the audience (students/professionals/executives).
• Facilitate individual and group sessions using interactive methods such as role plays, case studies, simulations, etc.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, L&D, Academic, etc.) to align training with organizational or institutional goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Psychology, HR, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in delivering soft skills and communication training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to connect with participants at all levels.
• Certification in training, facilitation, or coaching (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.) and presentation software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate training, educational institutions, or finishing schools.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for continuous learning and personal development
