Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Optimization (SMO) Professional to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence across all major platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage SMO strategies to enhance online presence. Optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility and follower base. Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, written) tailored for each platform. Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of SMO efforts. Perform ongoing keyword research and use SEO and hashtags effectively in social content. Schedule daily posts and ensure consistent voice and messaging across platforms. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to support campaigns. Run and optimize paid promotions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. Stay updated with new developments in the social media and digital marketing space. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven work experience as an SMO Executive or similar role. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest). Experience with social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc. Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
