Key Responsibilities 📱 Social Media Management Handle and optimize official company pages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Develop and execute effective social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement. Keep track of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve. ✍️ Content Creation & Strategy Create engaging content, including posts, stories, infographics, and short videos. Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure high-quality and visually appealing content. Utilize trending hashtags, SEO-friendly captions, and platform-specific techniques to enhance visibility. 📈 Campaign Planning & Optimization Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns aimed at driving traffic, leads, and conversions. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results. Focus on organic growth strategies to build a strong and engaged follower base. 🤝 Community Management Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer queries. Build strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. Monitor feedback and escalate issues when necessary. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, current trends, and SMO best practices. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of paid ads and performance marketing is a plus.
