Social Media Executive – Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, writing, coordination, and performance monitoring, ensuring each client receives consistent and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create social media accounts/pages for clients as per brand and platform requirements.

· Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with each client’s package.

· Write high-quality social media captions and engaging content tailored to client websites.

· Create optimized Google My Business (GMB) descriptions for various industries.

· Post content on all client social media platforms consistently and accurately.

· Work closely with designers to ensure visuals match the content and brand guidelines.

· Coordinate with project managers for approvals, updates, and workflow alignment.

· Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

· Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest social media trends.

· Maintain brand tone, accuracy, and content quality across all platforms.

Requirements:

· Strong writing skills - writing is the core responsibility and must be precise, error-free, and engaging.

· Ability to write captions, GMB descriptions, and marketing content as per client packages.

· Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and others.

· Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools.

· Ability to create, manage, and optimize social media accounts for clients.

· Strong coordination skills to work with designers and project managers.

· Good understanding of hashtags, keywords, and content structure.

· Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail and consistency in tone and branding.

Job Location: Noida Sector 63

Job Profile: SMO Executive

Total Experience: 2+ years (writing specifically and social media experience)

Shift Time: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
