About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven SMO Executive to manage and enhance our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, etc.).
• Manage daily social media activities on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and maintain community engagement.
• Run basic paid promotions and campaigns (added advantage).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SMO Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Ability to create engaging and innovative content.
• Proficiency in using social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,018.26 - ₹32,859.67 per month
