About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with over 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java development and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience in Java development. Strong understanding of OOP concepts and Java SE/EE. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC). Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiar with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience using tools such as Maven, Git, and Jenkins. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
