Business Development Associate (Recruitment)

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to drive growth and expansion for our recruitment firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring Job Descriptions (JDs) from IT companies, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Client Acquisition*: Identify and acquire JDs from IT companies, including startups, mid-sized businesses, and large enterprises. 2. *Relationship Building*: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers in IT companies. 3. *JD Sourcing*: Source JDs from various channels, including direct client relationships, networking events, and online platforms. 4. *Client Needs Analysis*: Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their recruitment needs. 5. *Sales and Business Development*: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients. Requirements: 1. *Experience*: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry. 2. *Skills*: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
