Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement brand strategies for client projects.
• Define target audiences and create tailored engagement plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to guide campaigns.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the content creation team (designers, video editors, copywriters, etc.).
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and posts.
• Coordinate across teams to align creative outputs with brand goals.

Digital Platform Management

• Oversee brand presence across

  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Client & Project Management

• Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of proven experience in
