Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
• Pitch company services through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients.

2. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with converted clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions to client needs
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in handling client feedback and resolving issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the creative or digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
