Social Media Strategist

As we scale our digital storytelling, were looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring ideas to life and tell stories that spark trust, relevance, and engagement. Role Overview Youll work closely with the Social Media Manager to bring our brand voice to life across platforms. This is a hands-on execution role that demands creativity, speed, and attention to detail along with an analytical mindset to constantly improve our content performance. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Calendar Management Support in planning monthly content calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. Coordinate timelines, post sequencing, and campaign rollouts. Creative Conceptualization & Copywriting Generate platform-native ideas for reels, carousels, stories, static creatives, and topical content. Write sharp, clean, engaging copy across formats with a strong command of tone and relatability.

Creative Briefing & Execution Draft clear and insightful briefs for designers, editors, and vendors. Ensure timely turnaround, quality checks, and alignment with brand guidelines. Live & Event Coverage Attend on-ground events, shoots, or offsites to capture behind-the-scenes moments, quick-turn stories, and UGC-style reels. Trendspotting & Campaign Support Stay updated on digital trends and pop culture. Propose relevant adaptations for our brand in a timely manner. Contribute to campaign ideation, influencer briefing, and hashtag strategy. Reporting & Analytics Track platform-wise performance metrics (reach, engagement, shares, saves, etc.). Use tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and third-party dashboards to generate weekly/monthly reports. Share actionable insights and content learnings to continuously improve creative performance. Community & ORM Support Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and conversations. Escalate or respond in coordination with the ORM team.

What We're Looking For 24 years of hands-on experience in social media, preferably from a digital agency or consumer brand Strong writing and content ideation skills especially for short-form and visual-led formats Excellent coordination and follow-through across briefs, creatives, and posting timeline Experience in basic social analytics and performance dashboards Ability to work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with high accountability Bonus if you have Worked in sectors like fintech, BFSI, or InsurTech Experience with regional/vernacular content Covered live events or brand activations Knowledge of tools like Canva, Creator Studio, Buffer, Sprout, or Notion Why Join InsuranceDekho?
