Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

who will own our brand’s social media presence end-to-end — from strategy and planning to publishing and performance tracking. This role focuses on

thinking + execution

, not design or editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly and weekly social media strategies
  • Create structured content calendars aligned with brand goals
  • Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts,Quora,Reddit etc.)
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer/video editor and content executive
  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and consistency across platforms
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
  • Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Monitor trends and suggest new content formats
  • Oversee basic community engagement (comments, DMs) in early stages

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
  • Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of social media metrics
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to translate business goals into content strategy

Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech / Tech / Digital-first brands
  • Knowledge of basic SEO and hashtags
  • Exposure to influencer or campaign planning
