Job Description

Dashr is a leading digital marketing agency that helps businesses establish a dynamic presence online. We are looking for someone who can match our enthusiasm and creativity and deliver creative solutions for all our clients' social media handles.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute an impactful and integrated social media marketing strategy to grow client accounts.
  • Work closely with POCs, and ensure alignment of the strategy, online and offline
  • Grow the organic engagement rate of all our socials on a month-on-month basis.
  • Develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and encourage product adoption via social media posts
  • Coordinating with internal marketing and public relations teams to support their respective campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an engaged social community
  • Create original content (text-based, memes, reels, small video ideas, gifs) that builds meaningful connections and encourages follower engagement
  • Write post content for all platforms
  • Engage with followers on a daily basis, responding to social emails, DMs, and participating in conversations that surround our content and brand
  • Collaborate with the reporting manager on new campaign initiatives and exchange best practices
  • Collect, aggregate, and report weekly data to extract insights and communicate the risk, impact, and opportunities to members of the marketing team and beyond
  • Manage and execute the annual social media calendar
  • Constantly test new ideas and engage with our followers across all platforms


Qualifications


  • Demonstrated success with managing social media channels like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms and related tools. This includes knowing what type of content works best on what platform, optimising content accordingly, as well as understanding the different nuances of each platform, followed by an analysis of the same.
  • Visual intelligence: Must have a “good eye” and identify visual content that will resonate with followers. Having the ability to understand brand aesthetics
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
  • Web-savvy and enjoys keeping up with new content-sharing technologies online
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills, along with great communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Staying flexible with the work profile.
  • Proven ability to deliver results-driven follower growth and engagement growth
  • Excellent writing skills, copy/editing skills
