Dashr is a leading digital marketing agency that helps businesses establish a dynamic presence online. We are looking for someone who can match our enthusiasm and creativity and deliver creative solutions for all our clients. Location: Shivalik , South Delhi Core Responsibilities: Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using the Adobe Suite of products (Photoshop/Illustrator/etc.) Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design(s) Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Test graphics across various social channels Quickly amend designs after feedback Creating user-centred designs for websites and apps by understanding business requirements and user feedback Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches) Collaborating effectively with product and marketing teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience Skills & Requirements: Good experience as a Visualizer A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Autonomous working style, hands-on design and development experience of product-based websites Exceptional design skills and attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment Ability to work with short deadlines and quick turnaround time Additional Requirements: The candidate must have a laptop. Must have access to the required software
