Job Function -

Marketing Department

What will you do-

? Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.

? Ideate & implement organic & paid social media campaigns

? Create content planners with the social team

? Effective coordination and understanding of creative requirements

? Using appropriate research tools to support planning

? Using analysis tools to measure performance and interpret findings into action plan ? Compiling weekly and monthly reports on social growth and performance

? Identify and work with appropriate content creators to build a pipeline of content

? Manage channel growth in line with targets

? Work closely with copywriters & designers to ensure the right products are pushed at the correct time

? Working with the digital team on paid social to optimize campaigns and spend

? Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

? Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.

What we expect from you-

? Experience of at least 6 months in the field

? Ability to work in fast-paced environment

? Familiar with using scheduling and analysis tools

? Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms. ? Strong communicator & command over both written and spoken English

? Experience managing paid social (preferred but not essential)

? Appreciation for novel insights and ideas

? Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones
