creative and results-driven Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with strong agency or brand-side experience to manage multiple D2C and lifestyle campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, content creativity, and execution excellence across platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-led content strategies and driving impactful campaigns to strengthen The Artarium’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Manage 8–10 brand campaigns concurrently with ownership of strategy and performance.
  • Content Creation & Management

  • Build

    reels-first, trend-driven content

    ideas and oversee influencer/creator collaborations.
  • Curate and publish high-quality posts (images, reels, stories, graphics, and videos) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and maintains premium aesthetics.
  • Campaign Execution & Analytics

  • Orchestrate cross-platform campaigns end-to-end.
  • Manage scheduling/publishing through tools like

    Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout

    .
  • Track performance using

    GA4, UTM insights, Meta Business Suite

    , and maintain ORM workflows.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable growth insights (reach, engagement, shares, saves).
  • Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and reviews to foster strong online engagement.
  • Collaboration

  • Work with design and copy teams to brief creatives and refine storytelling.
  • Partner with performance marketing teams for paid-social amplification (Meta/YouTube Shorts).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience

    in a digital agency or brand environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-brand portfolios and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of

    reels-first content, trend mapping, and influencer partnerships

    .
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ORM workflows.
  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, or home décor categories preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing:
  • Content calendars
  • Reel scripts/storyboards
  • Campaign case studies with measurable results

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in basic paid-social coordination.
  • Ability to review copy and guide creative direction.
