Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• 
  Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Should have hands-on exposure in Facebook Marketplace Management.

• 
  Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs).

• 
  Plan and manage paid campaigns (social ads) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.

• 
  Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.

• 
  Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).

• 
  Collaborate with design/content teams or work hands-on with tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creative requirements.

• 
  Respond and engage with followers to build community interaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  3–6 years of proven experience in the Social Media field.

• 
  Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools & Facebook Marketplace Management.

• 
  Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

• Basic design/content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).

• 
  Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.

• 
  Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
