🔹 Role Overview We are seeking a mid-level Social Media Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience with major social media platforms and can efficiently run ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and result-driven. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content in coordination with the design team Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for performance Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports Research trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve brand visibility Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and product launches 🔹 Requirements 1–2 years of proven experience in social media marketing and ads management Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms & tools Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (preferred) Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy is a plus Good communication skills, creativity, and analytical mindset Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines 🔹 What We Offer Competitive salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on experience) Opportunity to work with multiple brands and industries Learning and growth opportunities in digital marketing Supportive and creative team environment
