Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Executive with at least one year of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and IT security. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access control. Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance. Ensure IT security by implementing antivirus software, firewalls, and security policies. Assist in IT procurement, vendor coordination, and maintaining IT asset records. Provide support for video conferencing, telecommunication systems, and office applications. Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations. Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in IT.
