Social Media Specialist

We are looking for Social Media Specialist for our Kerala - Thrissur office.

Key Responsibility:

creates and manages content for a company's social media accounts to build brand awareness and engage with customers.

Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, running ad campaigns, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to measure success.

Handson experience in using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X, and stay updated on the latest digital trends to optimize results.

• Content creation: Develop and write engaging posts, design content plans, and manage a high volume of daily posts across various platforms.
• Strategy and implementation: Execute social media marketing strategies, which may include running ad campaigns and integrating trending topics.
• Community engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and questions promptly, and foster customer relationships.
• Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to evaluate campaign success and report on results.
• Trend monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep the brand's strategy current.
