We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing & Cash Counter Executive to manage our shop’s daily billing, cash handling, and customer service operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate billing software and generate accurate bills for customers. Handle cash, UPI, and card transactions efficiently. Maintain accurate daily sales and cash records. Balance cash drawer and submit daily reports to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. Assist customers courteously and resolve billing-related queries. Coordinate with kitchen and sales staff for smooth service flow. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: 10th pass (12th or Graduate preferred). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software. Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Honest, punctual, and disciplined personality. Strong communication and customer handling skills. Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or sweets shop billing is preferred.
