Social Media Specialist

Role Overview: As a Social Media Specialist at our premier Digital Marketing Agency, your main responsibility will be to attract and engage with targeted social platforms, virtual communities, and network users. Your goal will be to enhance customer engagement, build brand presence, drive website traffic, and increase revenue by effectively utilizing the social media marketing roadmap for various clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media projects and campaigns - Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, video, HTML) to establish meaningful connections with the audience - Write and edit copy/content for social media posts and artworks - Generate new concepts and ideas for regular posts - Engage with the audience on social media platforms - Collaborate with clients to create campaigns and content - Coordinate with other teams such as SEO, content marketing, and WordPress developers - Curate and manage content across different social media channels Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management on various projects - Strong consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills - Demonstrated experience in building social communities and networking - Proficiency in social analytics, Google analytics, and other tracking tools - Understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels - Positive attitude, customer-oriented, with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities - Preferably holds a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Designing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations - Background in a Digital Agency is a plus - Experience in running paid campaigns on social platforms with budgets exceeding 5 lakh per month for individual clients - Knowledge of software like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is advantageous Please note that the salary offered is in line with market standards.,
