Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Handling Specialist to manage our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and promote company initiatives.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
• Increase brand awareness and customer engagement through creative social media tactics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
