Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media strategy, ad campaign management, and data-driven content optimization. 

You’ll play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through innovative social storytelling and performance-based campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand goals. 
• Manage day-to-day operations across major platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok. 
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI. 
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals, videos, and copy tailored for diverse audiences. 
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions. 
• Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behavior patterns. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms and maintain timely content delivery. 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, and sales) for integrated campaign execution. 

Key Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital campaign execution for

  US Based Clients

  . 
• Proven expertise in social media ad campaign management, including targeting and budget optimization. 
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills to interpret data and turn insights into action. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
