Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Maintain brand voice and visual consistency

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and nurture community interactions

Research trends, hashtags, and competitive activity

Content Creation

Create graphics, posts, reels, short-form videos, captions, and stories

Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized assets

Collaborate on campaign ideas and messaging

Work with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.

Strategy & Performance

Develop monthly content calendars

Support growth initiatives (followers, reach, lead generation)

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports

Recommend improvements based on analytics

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of social media management experience (agency or in-house)

Strong content creation portfolio (graphics + video)

Excellent written English and storytelling abilities

Knowledge of social platform best practices and algorithms

Understanding of basic analytics (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

US shift

Salary- 20-23k (4 hours)
