We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven approach, who can manage various digital marketing initiatives to achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Content & Campaign Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create compelling and engaging content (text, image, video) for various digital platforms. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads). Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation to content creation and performance tracking. SEO & Analytics: Optimize website and digital content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touchpoints. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Market Research & Trends: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize campaign performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven working experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and various social media advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
