Job Description

. Social Media Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities. Create monthly social media calendars and campaign plans. 2. Content Creation & ManagementIdeate, design, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos). Coordinate with design teams/agencies to produce creative assets. Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity. 3. Social Media AdvertisingPlan and run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Track and manage budgets for social media advertising. 4. Community EngagementMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries. Build and maintain a positive online community. Manage online reputation and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, followers, CTR, etc. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. Strong understanding of platform algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X). Expertise in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing. Experience with paid advertising campaigns and analytics tools. Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills. Preferred SkillsKnowledge of SEO and website analytics. Ability to work with influencers and external partners. Experience in running lead-generation campaigns. Familiarity with emerging digital trends (AI tools, automation, reels trends, etc.). Key AttributesCreative thinker with an eye for detail. Strong analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and within teams. Adaptable and proactive.
