Job Title: Social Media Marketer


About the Role:

We’re looking for a digital-savvy, data-driven Marketer to lead the social media strategy for Policybazaar.com. From building a strong brand presence across platforms to owning end-to-end content creation and performance tracking — you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate, engage, and grow online. Staying on top of market trends and audience insights will be needed.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy & Planning

  • Own the overall social media strategy for both brands across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
  • Develop monthly content calendars, platform-specific content themes, and campaign plans aligned with business goals.
  • Identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive platform growth through a blend of organic growth strategies & paid amplification


2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Create in-house content including short videos for social media
  • Lead on-ground content shoots and customer storytelling formats
  • Execute the monthly calendar & other content requirements with the agency


3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, conversions, leads, etc.).
  • Deliver weekly and monthly analytics reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize content and strategy based on performance data on a regular basis.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 3–4 years of experience managing social media for high-growth brands or digital-first platforms.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, paid + organic content strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Meta Suite, Google Analytics Excellent copywriting, creative storytelling, and campaign planning skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in BFSI/fintech/insurance/financial services.
  • Experience in creative/social agencies
