As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in developing and executing
social media marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, engage our target audience, and support our overall marketing objectives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent, high-quality content across multiple social media platforms.
● Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content (graphics,
captions, videos) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn, and others.
● Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media
marketing campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
● Community Engagement: Monitor, engage with, and grow our social media
communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and
professional manner.
● Content Scheduling: Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to
schedule and manage daily social media posts across all platforms.
● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best
practices, and propose creative ideas to capitalize on them.
● Analytics and Reporting: Track social media metrics and prepare regular reports to
measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
● Collaborations: Assist in influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with relevant
influencers and partners to promote the brand.
● Ad Management Support: Support the team in managing paid social media advertising
campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, and optimize them for better
performance.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the brand's tone,
voice, and identity.
● Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role.
● Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,
TikTok, etc.) and their features (Stories, Reels, Ads, etc.).
● Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,
Google Analytics).
● Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
● Creative and proactive with an eye for detail.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a
plus.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
● Graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
● Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
● Experience with influence marketing campaigns.
● Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
